Dear Friends,

Today I've been visiting buildings 254 and 120 in Baykonur. Building 254 has the Soyuz TMA-10 #220 spacecraft already under its launch shroud, and all the cargo loaded in the living compartment. Building 120 has the booster rocket with the first stages and the core second stage mated, but the third stage is still separate. By Saturday they all will be together and the Soyuz will be launched on time, the 442nd launch of this booster.

I am looking forward to the flight and I am looking forward to return full time to Intentional Software. A lot has happened in my absence. We are working very closely with Capgemini and we are also continuing our cooperation with Thoughtworks. Our customers appreciate greatly the unique capabilities of our system and the competitive possibilities that it opens up to organizations with deep domain expertise. And do not forget - we are always looking at exceptional programmers to work with us in Bellevue, WA, and in Budapest.

This mission is a great experience to live, I am sure that this experience besides the Earth Observation, the 0g environment will give Charles a good Idea of what is needed in space, for instance wrist devices to know the statius of the station anywhere, or a plasma built in screen on EVA astronauts helmets with small cammeras to be able to see behind and on each side by voice command. This environment is perfect to find out what is needed and later import it from orbit. I will be looking forward to follow the mission and read about it

What a great experience to be launched in to Space and Todayto see the ISS, Dock and open the hatch to meet the ISS-14 Crew and to stablish there for the next 12 days. I am sure that being there in 0g and looking back to Earth is a very impacting moment. Now is the time that CEO Astronaut Simonyi detect needs and improvements for future space endevours, software that will help crews to achive their Goals. Enjoy these great days in Space, and enjoy Each Sunset and Sunrise every 90 minutes.
